Your Appointment Checklist
Time Frame
Our bridal appointments are generally an hour and a half long, while our special occasion gown appointments are an hour. Accessory appointments are usually 30 minutes.
Bridal Squad
Be selective and bring those who will help you find the perfect dress, for YOU! Less is more.
Budget
Although our dresses are priced extremely affordable, it is best to have some sort of budget in mind.
Dress Ideas
Having an idea of dress styles is a starting point, although sometimes it can be easier if you don't! We will help you find the perfect fit for your body shape. Bring some screenshots of your favorite gowns off our website!
Shoes
If you have a pair of shoes or heels you plan to wear on your special day, bring them along with you, Don't have any yet? Most brides don't. We'll use our podium to stand on that will give you the perfect "lift" up!
Undergarments
Wearing nude or white undergarments during your appointment is best. Bringing a strapless bra can be helpful as a back up. Most brides choose to try on gowns without a bra.
What to Expect
This appointment is tailored completely to you! We are here to help you find the perfect dress, whether we have it in our inventory or we can help find it for you. This is a comfortable, cozy atmosphere designed so our brides can enjoy themselves when finding the perfect dress!
Believe it or not, it is extremely common for brides to be set on a particular style prior to their appointment and end up falling in love with something completely different! Be open to trying on different styles of dresses; you may fall in love unexpectedly! Trust your instincts upon what feels right for you, even if it's different.
As much as we love children, this is not a child-friendly atmosphere. Our displays and inventory are not child proof. We ask that young children do not attend appointments. If necessary, you may bring your child but they must be held and supervised at all times. Thank you for your understanding.
We do not have a private, in-store restroom. Please plan ahead! We are located in an 1850's old barn!
If your appointment is after our normal business hours, the store will be reserved only for you and your bridal crew. Try on as many dresses as you like during your appointment and most importantly have fun!
